The first webinar on the 19th June was about promoting Equity and Diversity in University – Enterprise Collaborations (UECs). UECs should include staff from a diverse range of backgrounds. The presentation focused on why promoting equity and diversity is important for UECs, especially those in the disaster field. Moreover, practical guidance was provided on how universities can encourage everyone to engage in UECs.
